2. Event Participation & Ticketing

  • Event organizers are solely responsible for event content, management, and refund policies.
  • Tickets are processed through Stripe and are subject to each organizer’s refund terms.
  • Guests (non-registered users) may purchase tickets by providing accurate name and email information.

3. Payment & Fees

All payments are handled through Stripe. Service or platform fees may apply and are displayed before checkout. We are not liable for Stripe processing issues or chargebacks.

4. Marketing & Communications

Transactional and service-related emails (ticket confirmations, updates) will always be sent. Marketing emails are only sent with explicit opt-in consent. Guests will receive event-related notifications but not promotional emails unless they opt in.

5. Prohibited Use

Users must not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, including spam, impersonation, or unauthorized data collection.

6. Termination
